"The Navarwhal" [na-var-wall] is your family's next vacation tradition! Located in beautiful Navarre Beach, Florida, this beach home is one of the largest and most luxurious on the island comfortably sleeping 30 people IN BEDS so you can bring your entire family year after year. Built on the westernmost and last buildable row on Navarre Beach, this generational estate situated on a double lot backs up to 7 miles of National Seashore, preserving your sunsets, serenity and unspoiled views forever. Located in a gated community with private beach access less than a 2-minute walk away, you can skip the crowds and feel like you're on your own private island!
Good to know
The ground floor offers keyless entry, covered parking, EV charging station, basic beach chairs, secondary refrigerator/freezer, commercial ice machine for convenient cooler filling, open-air game room complete with ping pong table and corn hole, fire pit with seating area, outdoor shower, gas grill, optional 8-person electric golf cart rental and an elevator that takes you to both upper floors. On the main floor, you'll enjoy two sets of washer/dryers, 2 dishwashers, 6-burner induction range with double oven, deluxe coffee station, 6 bedrooms each with a TV and private bath, large open-concept living, kitchen, dining area, indoor/outdoor vapor fireplace (kid-safe), as well as an expansive outdoor deck area with plenty of seating and dining space complete with private heated and cooled plunge pool where you can take in forever views of the Ocean, National Seashore and Santa Rosa Sound along with AMAZING evening sunsets. On the upper floor you will find an 8-bed boy's bunk room with large private bath as well as an 8-bed girl's bunk room with oversized private bath. The upper floor also includes a kitchenette, seating area with TV, gaming table, shuffleboard and reading nook.
House Rules
Absolutely no smoking in the home or on the back deck under any circumstances. No Pets are allowed at the property. You must respect the home and its neighbors at all times. Treat the home and the amentities like they are your own. If anything gets damaged or broken, please report it to the hosts as soon as possible.

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Navarre is a beautiful beach community that is located away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. This sleepy town features a few great resturants, bars, and plenty of National Seashore to explore in the area. With Pensacola and Destin only being a short 40 minute drive away, you can still hit your favorite spots in the city while avoiding the crowded, crazy beaches.
Guest Access
Guests will be able to access all of the home except for the owners garage (one quarter of the garage) and several mechanical / supply closets located on the Second Floor.

This home is located in a small gated neighborhood with only two streets. Once you enter the neighborhood, this home will be the second house on the left. You will have the garage door code to have access to both guest garage bays and the home's private elevator to bring your luggage upstairs.
